I just called the funeral home to confirm day and time for Katie's services.
Friday 5:00-8:00pm visitation and a service 10:00 am on Saturday.
This is from an e-mail I received from Katie's mom: For anyone who might want to share an object or a photo memory, we will have a table set up with photos and some of Katie's favorite things.

ReplyDeleteA few of my family and friends have asked me instructions on how to contribute to ACS & Juvenile Diabetes. Do they do it through the funeral home or direct to the organization and give Katie's name? Does she already have a fund set up? Also, does the organization let the family know that they've contributed?

It is an online donation area from the American Cancer Society called Mosaic. The family can create a web page to share memories, photos and donate to the ACS online and do fundraisers.
